Pensacola State College hosts a variety of OSHA courses each year to support workforce safety and professional development. Below is our schedule of upcoming OSHA courses for 2026.

Upcoming OSHA Courses
OSHA 510 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction
This four day course covers OSHA Standards, policies, and procedures in the construction industry. Topics include scope and application of the OSHA construction standards, construction safety and health principles, and special emphasis on those areas in construction which are most hazardous.
Required Materials — A current 29 CFR 1926 Regulation Manual is required for the class and the test. You may purchase from the UA OTI-ED Center when registering for the class. All other materials are provided.

OSHA 511 Standards for General Industry
This course covers OSHA Standards, policies, and procedures in general industry. Topics include scope and application of the OSHA General Industry Standards, general industry principles and special emphasis on those areas in general industry which are most hazardous. Upon course completion students will have the ability to define general industry terms found in the OSHA General Industry Standards, identify hazards which occur in general industry, locate and determine appropriate OSHA General Industry Standards, policies, and procedures, and describe the use of OSHA General Industry Standards and regulations to supplement an ongoing safety and health program.
Prerequisites: None
Required Materials — A current 29 CFR 1910 Regulation Manual is required and is used during testing. The manual can be purchased when registering for the class. All other materials are provided. The fee for this manual is $40.00.
